ProcessAI – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProcessAI, an AI-powered process optimization platform operated by LeanKaizen Global. By accessing or using ProcessAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ProcessAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

ProcessAI provides:

  • AI-powered process analysis using Lean Kaizen methodologies
  • Value stream mapping and waste identification
  • Benchmarking and goal tracking
  • Process simulation and optimization recommendations

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per individual; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Subscription Plans

  • Free Trial: Limited analyses for evaluation purposes
  • Monthly/Yearly Plans: Paid subscriptions with defined analysis limits
  • Enterprise: Custom plans for organizations

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Reverse engineer or copy the application
  • Share your account with others
  • Upload content that violates third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

  • ProcessAI, its logo, and all related materials are owned by LeanKaizen Global
  • You retain ownership of data you upload for analysis
  • Analysis reports generated are licensed to you for your internal use
  • You may not redistribute or resell analysis outputs commercially

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of ProcessAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ProcessAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • AI-generated insights are recommendations, not professional advice
  • LeanKaizen Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeanKaizen Global from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Data Retention Policy

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
